1. Who we are

AgriHub is a Ugandan smart-agriculture marketplace operated from Mukono. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use AgriHub

You must be 18 or older to register as a farmer, buyer, or advisor. Each role has its own responsibilities — see your account page after sign-up.

3. Listing produce

Farmers may only list produce they have grown or are authorised to sell. AgriHub verifies every vendor before activating a store. Misrepresentation (wrong region, falsified organic claims, etc.) results in immediate de-listing.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). Payment is via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or bank transfer. AgriHub takes a small platform fee per transaction (disclosed in your vendor dashboard).

5. Delivery and disputes

Delivery is arranged between buyer and farmer. If produce arrives spoiled, mis-weighed, or fails to match the listing, contact support@agrihub.ug within 48 hours and we’ll mediate.

6. Content you publish

Advisory articles, store descriptions, and product listings are your content. By posting on AgriHub, you grant us a licence to display it on the platform. You keep the copyright.

7. Things you can’t do

No fake listings, no scraping the site, no harassment of other users, no uploading malware. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Liability

AgriHub is a marketplace — we connect buyers and farmers but don’t grow the food ourselves. Quality, freshness, and timely delivery are the seller’s responsibility. We mediate disputes but are not liable for crop loss, spoilage during transport, or downstream use.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here and notify active vendors. Continued use after the date above means you accept the update.
